SUPERVISOR OF THE YEAR AWARDS -VOTING CLOSED
These awards are given to supervisors of postgraduate students. OUSA acknowledges the importance of quality supervision in higher research degrees, and has instituted these awards to recognise and celebrate excellence in this role.
Ten Research Supervisor Awards are being offered in November this year, as well as The Research Supervisor of the Year Award and The New Research Supervisor of the Year Award. These awards are given to those supervisors who have shown themselves to excel in the supervisor role, as judged by the esteem of their students.
The award ceremony will be held in conjunction with the 'Reconnections' event on the 23rd of November.
TEACHER OF THE YEAR AWARDS - VOTING CLOSED
This award began 5 years ago with the help of the OUSA Education Coordinator, HEDC and the OUSA President. Every year students can vote for their teacher to become one of the 'TOP 10' Teachers of Otago University. The Teaching Awards ceremony will be held on the 3rd of October.
This year OUSA wants to collaborate a list of the Top 100 teachers at Otago University. Your vote counts!
