Otago Peer Mediation Centre

The peer mediation service provides a peaceful and respectful method of resolving conflict within the student community when people are unable to sort things out themselves. Peer mediators sit down with people with a dispute, and enable the people with the dispute to work together toward solutions that they are all comfortable with. The goal of the peer mediation service is to empower people, specifically the student community, to offer an alternative discourse of needs with openness, to promote tolerance, and to open dialogue on campus.

To contact us for mediation or to express interest in developing mediation skills find us on Facebook https:// http://www.facebook.com/otagopeermediate/ or email us peer.mediation@otago.ac.nz
