If you spend far too long trying to memorise your notes, struggle with information recall, or find exam stress too much, this course will show you how you can remember and recall your information on cue, without stress, and with confidence. This course can help you improve your grades, do presentations without notes, is easy to learn, but once understood will change the way you study and the confidence you have in your ability to learn and recall information, for ever!

The OUSA Student Support Centre bring you, in collaboration with Nutrition & Life, a workshop dedicated to Mindful eating the smarter way to good nutrition.
In this 1 ½ hour workshop you will get to explore topics such as:
Embrace Body Shape - Feel good in your own skin and forget weight and body image concerns.
Embrace Body Cues - Stop feeling crazy around food, and learn techniques to help with cravings, and understand your appetite.
Embrace All Foods - Make food choices simple, easy and enjoyable, and learn how to eat for satisfaction and fullness.
The workshop section is followed by an opportunity to partake in a Mindful Eating Meditation, where you will choose a food and eat mindfully to get some real life practice.

This is an invaluable and unique learning opportunity to better understand, gain awareness and creative inclusive environments for “Queer” groups and individuals. There will be a stronger focus on tertiary education contexts although this course is applicable to most. *'Queer' is a reclaimed term used by some to describe the many variations of sexual attraction and sex/gender identity, including intersex, transgender, transsexual, genderqueer, asexual, fa'afafine, takatapui, lesbian, bisexual and gay.
