Hit February hard with our FREE Fit Fab Friday workout. The workout will be a combination of strength and cardio giving you a great total body workout. Everyone and anyone is invited as we'll structure the majority of the class around timed intervals (as opposed to reps). This means you can make the class as easy or as challenging as you like. We'll work a lot with body weight exercises, sprints, our kickboxing gear and mix in a few games to keep things fun and light. We look forward to seeing you there.
Lunchtime yoga for the busy! One-hour mixed level classes that promote improved flexibility, stress relief, relaxation, toning, increased strength and stamina, improved concentration and mental focus. These classes are designed to cater for all levels of physical ability including absolute beginners. The course tutor is trained in the Iyengar school of classical hatha-yoga and has a wealth of experience and knowledge about yoga.

Comfortable non restricting clothes and a drink bottle. A thermal top is recommended for cooler days.

SUMMER SCHOOL COMPREHENSIVE FIRST AID
This course is brought to you in conjunction with Workplace First Aid. Workplace First Aid is OUSA's preferred first aid provider. The full course is a “core programme” for your worksite or those requiring First Aid training for study or for future employment. It will give you skills, knowledge and confidence when providing First Aid. You will learn the same priorities and approach to patient care that the professionals use, and how to carry out that care until they arrive. These skills are learned and mastered while having fun along the way. The exact units standards offered in this course are 6400, 6401 and 6402.
When: January 30th, 2017 [Tuesday 9:00 - 5:30pm for the full or 2:30pm for the refresher]
Bring: Lunch and a pen. Note you are required to do a 4 hour online learning module prior to this course. You will be given a link to this on sign up.
