Thursdays at Evison – Event T&Cs

1. Event Modifications or Cancellations: OUSA reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any Thursdays at Evison event due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. In such cases, the event may be rescheduled at OUSA's discretion.

2. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain a code of conduct that fosters a safe and respectful environment for everyone present. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour towards fellow participants, staff, or performers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification from the event.

3. Responsible Use of Space: Please treat the event space, equipment, and facilities with care and respect. It is your responsibility to ensure that no damage occurs to the venue or equipment during the event. Additionally, please dispose of trash properly and leave the space in the same condition you found it. In the event of negligence resulting in damage, you will be held accountable for covering the cost of repairs or replacement.

4. Prohibited Items: The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during Thursdays at Evison events. This is to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

5. Photography and Promotions: By participating in the event, you grant OUSA the right to use photographs or images taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. This includes but is not limited to OUSA's website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

6. Liability: OUSA and its affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft that may occur during the event. Participants attend at their own risk and are advised to take necessary precautions for their safety and well-being.

7. Age Restrictions: Some events may have specific age restrictions or recommendations. Please refer to event announcements for details. Participants must comply with any age restrictions specified for each event.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions: OUSA reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the OUSA website and will apply to all future Thursdays at Evison events.
