PRESIDENT’S BUSINESS
Two ANZAC Day ceremonies will occur on 25 April 2015. Paul reminded the Executive of the two ceremonies. The Dawn Parade starts at the Queens Gardens at 6am where the President lays a wreath on behalf of OUSA. The OUSA/University ceremony commences at 1.30pm outside the Registry. There will be preparation and set up required. All encouraged to attend.
Executive Structure – the Policy Committee (PolCom) has agreed unanimously there should be another full time member on the executive. If this was implemented it should be cost neutral on total honorariums thus requiring other changes, rather than just simply adding extra hours to an already existing position.
